OUR HOSTS

'Matisse and Olivia of We Eatin’ Good; local collaborative QPOC food collective, are immensely grateful to be invited to start the Kulture Kitchen series with the community at Blak Dot Gallery.

They have deep respect for the work the space does, and are thrilled to be sharing their Mauritian and Rodriguan heritage.

Together, they will invite the group to not only enjoy a classic Mauritian dish; Rougaille Saucisse, but to cook alongside them, learn about both the Islands' history, and hear stories around the culinary landscapes, music, and culture.

Collectively, we will cook bouillon bredes, and satini brinjel, eat together, and enjoy some wine and music!'

Due to the nature of the workshop, we cannot cater to dietaries at this time.
