As part of Ara-Thulu (Tree) exhibition, and as our fifth and final Kulture Kitchen event in this series, we’re excited to bring you flavours from north India - hosted by Mona Sharma!
Mona Sharma, an Indian cook inspired by her heritage and love of traditional textiles, brings together colour, texture and aroma in a menu of deeply comforting dishes. She’ll be cooking and hosting, sharing her favourite North Indian curries and teaching you how to prepare the sides that stitch any meal together.
